No Prem action, but still plenty of other footy.

C'mon the Hatters. :)

And a tasty Lancs derby between Accy and Morecambe.

Last throw of the dice for Stanley, you'd think, if they're going to have a hope of challenging for a playoff place. Probably too late as it is, they're actually nearer the relegation places than the p/o places.

Luton/Rovers is a hard one to call, if Rovers win, it's hard to see their momentum being derailed by anyone, the Championship being bang average.

Accrington get another just on half time.

Stanley 2 Morcambe 2

Just the 22 attempts at goal in the first half for Stanley. We can only dream.

My Scottish team, Queen of the South, are losing at home to Dunfermline in a bottom of the table clash.

Both my teams therefore are bottom of their respective divisions.

I've had better seasons!

Gillingham 1-6 Oxford, Cameron Brannagan with 4 goals for Oxford, but all of them were penalties.

Oxford - 4 penalties scored

Cameron Brannagan has scored 4 penalties today and Oxford are 6-1 up. Surely 4 penalties scored for one team in one game is a record?

Bobby Madley is the ref.

I can only recall seeing four pens in a game once. It was Crewe v Burnley in 2001 but it was two for each team.

Crewe v Rotherham - Linesman has been withdrawn from the game after being hit by something reportedly thrown by a Rotherham fan.

They cling onto 2nd for now, but Bournemouth and QPR have a game in hand.

It's getting tight only 2 points separating 2nd and 4th.

Becoming a regular occurrence now. Also something thrown onto the pitch by WBA fans at Millwall. Fencing back up if this continues.

2-7 final score and 4 Oxford goals were penalties, all scored by the same player. When, if ever, has this happened before?

Don't know about more pens scored by one player in a game ...

I seem to remember Brian "The Beast" Jensen saving more than that in a cup match v Wolves (if memory serves) one of which was made to be retaken and he then saved the retake, along with 3 he saved in the Penalty Shoot-out ... if this is a fakse memory no doubt some one will correct me 🤭

Wasn’t the retaken pen Everton at home in 2009?

Burkina Faso leading Tunisia 1-0.
2 var checks in succession for a penalty /dangerous play and red card for an elbow, and 2 correct decisions in my view. Well done referee!

Rs fans are very happy with Jimmy Dunne this season and his goal today was a very powerful header from a corner. As you say, though (from the highlights), Reading are a shambles. Lost 5 league games on the bounce now with a score aggregate of 4 for, 18 against; lost to Kidderminster in the cup before that too. Its not beyond reasonable bounds that Derby could overtake them before the season is out
