Think that might be the end of his career at the elite level.

If true (evidence seems pretty damning), the story isn’t about his career. The story is about what he’s done to that young women.

What a world we live in when a victim of crime posts the evidence on social media rather than reporting it to the police.
I hope that doing so doesn't impact on the legal proceedings.

Mind you, when United are happy to sign Ronaldo who almost went as far as admitting rape and then selling shirts with his name on to kids, do I expect it?

Unfortunately she most likely would have been ignored had she gone to the police (who knows, she may have already tried that), so it’s probably the best way for it to get the attention required.

No doubt he's been in an academy since he was a kid, surrounded by people telling him how wonderful he is and been allowed to get away with murder because he was obviously going to be a star.
I'm not saying it's any kind of an excuse, but it's no wonder so many of these lads grow up and don't know how to behave in the real world.

Those articles are about domestic abuse. I've not heard, or have any desire to listen to the recordings but from my understanding it is sexual assault.
Also, she would be reporting the crime with, seemingly, very damning evidence which I'm sure would result in the police taking to the necessary action.

She has also posted images of injuries that he’s allegedly caused to her, including bruises and blood pouring from her face.

I can't imagine for a moment that someone going to the police saying they've been raped and producing such evidence would be ignored by the police.
Once it's proven that the voice on the recording is Mason Greenwood (I haven't listened to it but read the transcript) then it'd take an extraordinary defence to not see him convicted.

the police/cps will need to get a s.9 statement form her to confirm it is THE Mason Greenwood who she is on about. she might not be willing to cooperate

the defence have the right to cross examine the complainant. if she is not cooperating it dramatically weakens their case.

Again, I don't think that's the case with rape.
It's usually a very difficult crime to prosecute which might mean victim testimony is required to get a conviction, but I don't think a victim has to take the stand if they don't want.

Having heard some of the recording and seen some of the images, any and all individuals who do this should face prison.
I suspect sadly that the young lady will get a large non disclosure - settlement , to not press charges
