Loos like Watford have nearly sold out
Just 140 tickets left for them according to their website.
https://tickets.watfordfc.com/en-GB/eve ... or?hallmap
Looks far better than our website for away fans. Shows it can be done picking away seats online.

Re: Loos like Watford have nearly sold out
Be very out of character for them to travel more than hour in any numbers
Makes you wonder if they have sold all them blocks or just not released some of them blocks for sale, we may have asked them to sell the blocks furthest from our section first.
Agreed though on the simplicity of being able to pick your seats, it isn't rocket science

I'd be amazed if they've even come close to selling two thousand tickets with the kickoff time and on TV.

Re: Loos like Watford have nearly sold out
I bought a ticket for my brother in law and nephew on my season ticket, my nephew (6) now has COVID and won't be able to come.
I stupidly bought an U12 ticket despite them all being a tenner, would I be able to change it to an adult so I can fetch someone else with me?

Re: Loos like Watford have nearly sold out
They sold 2k tickets for their trip to Newcastle a few weeks back, infact the same number as we sold for our crunch match at Newcastle too.
This is a massive game for them aswell as us, they'll probably see it as 1 team relegated if they beat us.
You'd have to be delusional to think if Watford roll us over we will then go on to start taking points from the next few games.

Let's hope the game doesn't go down the pan.
Re: Loos like Watford have nearly sold out
A day/weekend on the beer in Newcastle is appealing for every club though. Getting up to Burnley for a late kickoff and messing about changing trains at Manchester, Preston or Leeds less so.MACCA wrote: ↑Wed Feb 02, 2022 2:47 pmThey sold 2k tickets for their trip to Newcastle a few weeks back, infact the same number as we sold for our crunch match at Newcastle too.

Fair play if they have nearly sold out, but I just can't see it. I'd say it's more likely we've sent them a reduced number of tickets.

They've also signed a a number of new players and got a new manager.
Re: Loos like Watford have nearly sold out
And their coaches are only £10.
Re: Loos like Watford have nearly sold out
A tenner? How do they break even at that price?

Burnley is not the easiest place for away fans to visit with its poor rail links

We aren't talking about our support, this thread is about Watford's. And you think that charging £10 instead of around £30 hasn't encouraged more of their fans to travel?PadihamThickNeck wrote: ↑Wed Feb 02, 2022 7:39 pmStill doesn’t make a difference, we have the worst away support in the league by some distance.
We wouldn’t take 2k to Watford for a 6pm kick off with £10 coaches.

Yes you can change the ticket at the ticket office before the game, they will probably charge you the difference, but sometimes they don’tJambounchained wrote: ↑Wed Feb 02, 2022 2:28 pmI bought a ticket for my brother in law and nephew on my season ticket, my nephew (6) now has COVID and won't be able to come.

I think we would if we had a new manager and several new players tbhPadihamThickNeck wrote: ↑Wed Feb 02, 2022 7:39 pmStill doesn’t make a difference, we have the worst away support in the league by some distance.
