Certainly get the impression that Russia is looking for a way out. The West will be looking for a compromise to end the fighting as a priority. However, for this to work Russia will have to allow for the fact that they are now negotiating very much on the back foot; this may well prove the stumbling block, as appeasement is really not going to sit well with the West.

Yeh I take everything you read with a pinch of salt when it comes to wars and similar events we are seeing what someone wants us to see mostly. If true it is an interesting development though and please note it was an advance to the North West of Kyiv of course if true.
