Villa play Arsenal on the Saturday
Everton are at Watford on the Sunday

It was “fixed” as that date when the fixtures came out before the season started.

For COVID it was allowed but not sure of the rules due to Southampton being in a cup game. The club may argue that this was a possibility of happening due to it being a scheduled FA Cup weekend.

Applied for a refund when it was first moved to an evening KO. Got my money back so you should be able to.
