Mark Lawrenson has predicted a 2,1 win for Brentford. Hope he’s wrong!

Biggest game of our season, a win and we've got every hope of survival, however a defeat, and with City looming large we could easily get cut adrift with Norwich & Watford, so a must win today for me.

Shame Mee is out, and bizarrely looks like Cork will miss out again, big call by SD that one, and we can only all hope he's proven correct with his selections.

At the very least it’s a must not lose game. Even Leeds should surely beat Norwich on Sunday and Leeds are the team we have the best chance of overtaking. A loos for us and a Leeds win would leave us looking strong favorites for relegation. Plus with no game ( again) next weekend we could be detached from the teams above us. On the bright side a win today brings Brentford right into the relegation battle and no game next week gives Ben Mee more recovery time. We do have winnable games left including today but we will have to be at our best for the rest of the season. I agree with CT that Mee will be missed more than most. Collins is an able deputy and was outstanding at Brighton but Tarks is not as strong playing on the left of the back 2. Roberts has also been exposed in the last 2 games but he was facing much higher quality players than he will today. It’s another tense weekend coming up. UTC

More must not lose than must win. Win would be a huge boost psychologically pushing us above Leeds and Everton, as well as keeping Brentford in the mix.

Feeling confident about today. I hope that Sean has shown his squad a re run of the game at home Vs Brentford in October. Play like we did in that 1st half and am hopeful of a result. Need a quick start and look to silence their fans early on.

Well, I'll be the devils advocate and its slightly massive, as its a not-lose game.

While Watford and Norwich still have some 6 pointers ahead of them, I think their fate is sealed.
Both Leeds and Everton are completely imploding, and honestly don't see both of them being able to right the ship.
our Goal is just to not implode, which is a SD strength.

As bad as we were in the 2nd half against Chelsea, we won't play anywhere near as bad today.

I see a 1-1- draw.

Massive game indeed.

We cannot afford to lose, but it is of the utmost importance we take on the game on the front foot.

If we allow them to play, we're in trouble. But otherwise their defence is their weak point.

I just keep glancing at the table a win takes us out of the bottom three and I'm certain if we get that win we have left the bottom three for good this season...just trying to be super positive...Still think we will win 2-0 with Dwight and our defence putting in a shift today

Here’s hoping we put in one of our decent performances and not one of the poor ones that we’ve seen a little too often, this season.

This is a huge game - but they’re all going to be if we are to survive.

And a few down the various streets leading to the ground.
Always liked the old Griffin Park. 8-)

Hmmm. That's three tines we've had the chance to move out of the bottom 3 and failed to take it. I thi k that probably means we are down with the bottom 2. Psychologically today is a huge blow. It's leeds or us or Everton and right now those two are in the driving seat.

Brentford are safe

Let's be honest, it was in our own hands and we failed in our biggest games. Leeds, Watford and now Brentford. That's the difference this season and that's why I now fear our hope is gone.

There’s no debating it now. We are down. No chance Everton or Leeds are worse than us with more points on the board already.

Why do pros on 30-50k a week play pathetic kick and rush stuff today when a few games back we actually played on the floor, really mind boggling bad watching Burnley some weeks, you have to question what the hell goes on at that training ground during the week. Obviously not very much.
