IF we’d got lucky and Jay’s speculative effort had flown in, I’d have been absolutely buzzing. But still thought our performance was terrible.

Created very little, couldn’t string three passes together, hoof hoof hoof. Defended decently, I thought, WW did well until he was hauled off, Tarks outstanding. But overall nowhere near good enough.

Apart from one good season in the Prem what else did Bielsa achieve at this level in comparison?

Okay, well I could say that Dyche is an idiot for playing a system that's seen us play a horrendous style of football and win 3 PL in total games this season.

We are also forgetting Dwight’s fifty pence head header. If I had missed one like that on the Prairie in the 70’s in a key game I would have had to buy a round of drinks in the pub afterwards. He has missed two great chances in our last two games.

I know you genuinely believe that the only way BFC can be successful is to play garbage football, but it's a total misconception. Dyche is a good manager of people and the club, but he and his coaching staff implement a terrible brand of football.

If it was the case that the worse the football gets the better the results are, we wouldn't be staring down the barrel like we are now.

Some people subscribe to the view that trying to pass to team mates might actually be beneficial to our hopes. In the black and white world of Spijed, I appreciate that's a difficult one.

I’d prefer the style of play we employed against Spurs and Brighton, as opposed to the style of play employed today.

Same manager in charge of us for all these games.

I’m no longer happy with the argument we can only play a certain way because of the quality of the players at our disposal. There’s summat else…

Get real my friend-we have played every club except Villa, and a number of clubs twice, yet won only 3 games and bar Norwich scored the fewest goals. We will struggle to get another win-we wont even beat Watford or Norwich and for the next 11 games we will still hear the same from SD about the small margins, being close with energy levels, and asking the other team questions etc. We are doomed

Pragmatic is fine, defensive and counter attacking football is fine, but the sheer and complete lack of ability to keep hold of the ball and take some pressure off is the reason we're so dire this season. There is just no cohesion to the team when in possession, there is no movement out of the rigid framework to give options to a man in possession and the number of times the ball bounces off our players is unforgivable. We set up to win a game 1-0 off a set piece and Dyche is constantly surprised that small margins are hurting us.

It's not about trying to play "clever" football. It's about realising what's not working and at least trying to fix it.
