Difficult one as everything I’ve got on my wish list seems to start at around £4K
I’d probably get myself a new going out outfit, I can’t remember the last time I bought myself any clothes and used to spend a few hundred a week as a youngster (before mortgages and children)

Good in theory but not for me, i barely touch my PS4 and am thinking of finding a ukrainian family here that might appreciate it more

As it is in Euros either of these two would be suitable.

Seen a few people say they binned all their existing socks into a charity box an got 50 pairs of plain black to avoid this very issue

Not yet but preparation under way. I want to move the tv but then saw the tangle of wires behind it from old video recorders, sound systems, dvds etc. I’m part way through the untangling.

I can't even see them clearly enough now without putting specs on. If I want to know the time I just switch my phone on.

For as long as there has been watches, it’s always been an attraction to a large number of men. I didn’t used to want one but for me it would be a way of rewarding myself for bringing in a big deal at work and get the large bonus (when that day comes and I’ve sorted all my other priorities first)

I prefer the approach of the non-racially-specified citizen of the UK. When he wanted to know the time in the middle of the night, being too mean either to buy a watch or to put the light on to see his clock, he started playing his bagpipes. The man next door would bang on the wall shouting "din ye ken it's three o'clock in the morning".

Scottish jokes are illegal, or so some would have us believe. Yorkshire jokes aren't. It's one of life's little ironies - if Cardiff play Leeds (next season hopefully!) and the Cardiff fans start singing about what the Yorkshiremen do to sheep, and the Leeds fans start singing about what Welshmen do to sheep, then the Leeds fans are committing a racially aggravated criminal offence and the Cardiff fans aren't!
