To give it a go now - non of this keep it tight and nick a goal we should be going out fighting.

Taking the game to the opposition and playing football.

I’d like to see something like -

—————-Pope
Lowton-Tarky-Mee-Taylor
——-Brownhill-Cork
Cornet—Vydra——McNeil
———-Weghorst/Jay

Get our best footballers on the pitch and play a bit. No hoofs, play through the lines and to feet.

And some fans who have already thrown the towel in need to grow some b***s and get behind the team. We're only 4 points behind Everton with 24 to play for! UTC

How many times are we going to say stuff like this? We can’t play to feet, we have zero quality on the ball

You might have a few problems convincing Mr Dyche of that. It's a bit too late now for such a rallying cry.

Rubbish - there’s been glimpses

Jays goal vs United… Basically every single one of Maxwel’s goals.

Of course most have thrown in the towel. Are you actually paying attention to what has been served up for nigh on 2 years? We are where we are not because of the fans, but because of the managers inability to adapt and improve.

SD has had a team ripped from under him. From our European adventure there hasn’t been one player brought in that is an improvement on the player he replaced, Cornet excepted. Some of the remaining are not as good as back then.
Garlick is to blame for the current predicament. ALK wouldn’t have been my choice but they have bought in Hennessy, Roberts, Collins, Cornet and Weghorst. Whilst we might not have seen the best of them all I regard none of them as poor signings.

Amazing. Blame everyone but the manager.

I for one have grown up after your inspirational, almost Churchillian post and have checked and seem to have added some much needed girth to my b***s. I now expect, no believe that we will double our points total for the season in the next 8 games. Thank you for treating me like an adult.

Why is he still here then. Surely if that had happened he’d have walked?

We don't need to double our points total, just get 4 more points than Everton.

Yeap, I'm paying attention but that's got no bearing on us needing to get just 4 points more than Everton from the last 24 available.

Taking the game to the opposition and playing football ought to go without saying, but I suspect that ship has already sailed
