I’m genuinely gutted by this news. It’s not been great, we know that, but he’s been the best thing to happen to this club in my lifetime.

Wow if this is true we are now in unchartered water and scary times. I didn't feel Dyche was the man to take us up next year but a lot of me would have liked to give him a chance as the consequences for the club of getting the next appointment wrong could be catastrophic.
I hope and expect to hear Dyche's name sung out loud and proud on Sunday to show him what he means to the club and I pray we do a lot better than a Brian Laws style appointment this time around

Only time will tell if it was the correct decision, but the timing is surely wrong. Either he should have gone earlier in the season to give a new man more time , or left until at least it was mathematically impossible to stay up, or given a third portion of the championship season and see how it was going.

Ridiculous decision at this point. What's more, he deserves better for everything he's achieved. Fair enough end of season, but he shouldve had a good send off for everything he's done.

Bloody hell I've thrown a fair amount of criticism Sean's way but right now was not the right time to let him go. A few months ago or in a few months time maybe but this is a weirdly timed decision. Also notice that Woan, Stone and Mercer have gone too which I find strange.
