I think that could be City's best XI

City will blank them tonight. Pep must have been irate at gifting them 3 goals last week.

No away goals rule now so a 1-0 win for Real would mean pens

Sorry if already asked, but why are half the lower seats covered?

Wasn't it just.
Going to be a fair bit of cynical stuff tonight.

The fact Casemiro hasn't been booked in that half of football is really hard to fathom

How is he still on the pitch?
Scissor tackle on De Bruyne from behind, easy yellow.
Garotting Foden as Foden is advancing into their half, easy yellow
Terrible reffing but I’ve seen RM get away with these challenges for so many years I’m not at all surprised.

Fernandinho stopped rolling around and looked up to the RM player wondering what he wanted then decided to roll around some more on the floor.

Madrid a mad side. Turn up for around 10 minutes per game. Did the same against PSG in the last round.

Back in the middle of Messi's Barca days, they used to just target him from the outset. If refs had applied the laws correctly, Real could often have ben down to about 8 men within 15 minutes. They have a history of tactical fouling and getting away with it

Either way, what a crazy game

Another CL nightmare for Pep? Since leaving Barca, his record over the last 10 years (considering he's managed Bayern and City in that time) has been awful
