X43 help
I’ve booked some tickets for an event at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester and don’t fancy driving in. It’s been a long time since I’ve got the X43 into Manchester so I’m wondering what would be the nearest stop for the Bridgewater Hall both getting there and coming away. Thanks in advance.

Re: X43 help
Think you’ll be quickest walking from Chorlton Street. It does stop near Town Hall so perhaps from there.

Yeah I don’t think there is a lot in it.
Stops near Albert Square but it’s a similar distance from the last/first stop at Chorlton Street.

Re: X43 help
I’d say Chorlton street to get off and also the same stop to return. As an aside note the x43 no longer stops outside moon under the water on Deansgate for the return journey from Manchester, think part of Deansgate is being made a one way street.
Also the “Transdev go” app is a useful tool to have, you can see on the app the current location of x43 buses, quite handy as they always seem to be running late/incorrect times

Thanks for the replies. As I say it’s a while since we’ve been into Manchester on the bus but I know how to get there from Chorlton street.

I often use the X43 locally and the app is invaluable.Browntuba wrote: ↑Tue May 17, 2022 10:51 amI’d say Chorlton street to get off and also the same stop to return. As for Bridgewater Hall - not sure what route the bus takes now on way back to Burnley but it’s only about a 10 minute walk from Chorlton Street.

Quickest to get off on Princess Street and walk through St Peter’s Square.BFCmaj wrote: ↑Tue May 17, 2022 10:32 amI’ve booked some tickets for an event at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester and don’t fancy driving in.
