IG story shows him flying back to Lyon to be at the birth of his daughter.

Could be - in recent years we've had players miss games in such circumstances - think Vydra, Pieters & Rodriguez might have done.

He writes, "thanks to Burnley and everyone for your messages." That's translating it from French so I'm not sure if he means thanks to Burnley re messages or thanks to Burnley for allowing him to leave training early, have time off, or similar etc.

I'm sure MC will be desperate to help his team mates in the final two games then enjoy his time with the new family

then I hope people rationalize that, for him, he is a professional footballer, not a Burnley fan, and that, Shankly sentiments aside the birth of his daughter is by far more important to him.

Absolutely. A zoom was always on a stick not a cornet.

Indeed.

I’d prefer a rock a bye Leeds celebration tbh.

Congratulations Max

If he is the only one that drives a grey Lamborghini Aventador, then he was back in training today, I was down Gawthorpe this morning and so his car entering the training ground.

Poor Max.

He must spend sp much time at that Texaco filling up his hand will freeze in that position. What would it be, 10 mpg?

Great that he’s back though, we’ll see if he fancies legend status. It’s there to take this week if he wants it.

He must have more money than sense

Not for having that car, but for using that Texaco garage
