Heard he got a great deal on them.
He would tell you that the way he has done this, he is absolutely positively certain has never been done in the same way before
He can't speak about it for a whole bunch of reasons, but if he was in front of a number of estate agents at any given time he could put his hand on his heart, look them in the eye and say 'you should be proud of the way that this house was rented. And you should be happy with knowing where it can go and will go with the structures that have been put in place.'

Good on him for moving into the area, relocating his family, probably getting funny looks for his accent off the locals who’ve never left the country, and most of all showing his long term commitment to the club. Nice one Alan.

It remains to be seen if there is a long term commitment and how much of an income the members of ALK will take from the club!

Well so far the latest accounts suggested they hadn’t taken a salary. I hope they make a lot of money from the club as that means they’ve progressed the club forward, built value and sold for a huge profit!

A few company's which Pace has been involved in (VAMA HOLDINGS LIMITED, BANBURY BALL LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP,) don't show them to be majorly successful in terms of being worth millions, but the latest accounts on VAMA HOLDINGS LIMITED (from 2008) are available online to view here

Obviously isn't a tell in regards to Pace's net worth, but interesting non the less.
Not much online about our man, considering he's the face of a group of people who own a relatively successful football team.
Interesting.

There is a ceiling price with some houses on Stoops that goes into six figures (£100,000)

There is no public information as to his net worth because he's a private individual, but he's spent 20 years working on Wall Street in various high powered jobs so depending on someone's outlook, you could either safely assume he's made a good chunk of money and isn't skint, or you can claim he's broke.

Hi CandJ, you can find Alan Pace, Chairman Burnley Football Club and Managing Partner at ALK Capital on LinkedIn. LinkedIn shows him working for Lehman Brothers, Real Salt Lake and Citigroup. Companies House filings show "Alan Gary Pace" as director of BFC companies and as "Alan Pace" for Calder Vale, Kettering, Velocity Sports and ALK Capital.
The appointment of Alan Pace as a director of VAMA Holdings shows his profession as banker. It's possible that his appointment was on behalf of his employer, Lehman Bros. VAMA Holdings isn't shown in his LinkedIn profile.

That’s because it FEELS like he has.
I’m not saying it’s logical. Logically I know a football club is a business, but in reality it’s so much more than that.
What’s the catchphrase, our town, our turf?
ALK might be the owner, but it’s our club.
