This week is the running of Royal Ascot in what promises to be baking hot sunshine for the South of England and some fantastic racing in prospect.

I will do a Nap league for the five day festival which starts on Tuesday for anybody wishing to take part.

It is free to enter and each person will start on a virtual £0.00

Pick a selection from each of the seven races on all of the days and mark one as your nap on each day. If your nap wins the SP will be doubled.

For each losing selection you lose a virtual £1 and each winner increases your score by the SP.

Non runners count as losers.

A league table will be posted every night and the final one after racing on Saturday.

The best of luck - we will all need it as this will be ultra competitive and winners will be hard to come by.
