Good Morning All,

First time poster long time browser.

I have renewed my season ticket this season after a few years break... my kids have also picked up their first season tickets which they are super excited about. I'm paying over the 12 month direct debit option.

My question is, when do we get our season tickets / cards? Do they send them to us in the post or do I need to pop down to the ticket office to pick them up?

They are sending them out - I'm sure I saw w/c 18th July published somewhere.

Do we all get new ones, or are we using the cards we had last season?

I believe it’s same ones unless details have changed (category, seat etc)

Only people who swap seats or new subscribers get new cards ... those of us who just renewed will be using our current cards I was told

Well I'm confused on that as I'm sure that we were told, some time ago, that we were keeping
our old tickets for one more season but then last week I read somewhere that will be sending them
out in a week or two when they've finalised the design.

So, in short, I don't know !!!!

I saw that as well

We’ve moved seats so will be getting new ones but I don’t see why they need to keep issuing them every 2yrs

I suppose we will find out soon enough if an envelope drops through the door (or not)

When I rang the ticket office they said to me it’s the same cards as last season if nothing has changed. But if you do need a new card, send them an email & they’ll make a note to post one out
