what are our chances of finishing in the top six this season?

Having a bit of time to spare while it's raining at Headingley, I've looked at how the three relegated clubs from the PL have fared the following season in the Championship in the ten seasons 11-12 to 20-21 inclusive.

Here's how the thirty teams relegated in those seasons finished the following year:-

1st 4 times
2nd once
3rd. once
4th 4 times
5th. 4 times
6th. once
7th. twice
8th once
9th. never
10th twice
11th once
12th once
13th once
14th never
15th never
16th once
17th twice
18th twice
19th never
20th never
21st never
22nd never
23rd once
24th once

Looking at these statistics, exactly half of the relegated sides finished in the top six the following season.

Without googling,

1. Who are the four clubs to have finished top the season after being relegated?
2. Who are the two clubs to have dropped straight through to League One?

I would say Wolves and Sunderland were the relegated teams?

Finishing top, us, Fulham and then presume Norwich did it at some point, Newcastle as well?

Down - definitely Wolves and Sunderland. Down from Prem in 2011/12 & 2016/17 respectively and straight through.

Saw this on twitter which I haven't spent too long analysing the methodology on how they have arrived at this but for the benefit of discussion thought it was worth sharing. Says the guy is a data scientist so hopefully this has been done through data rather than affinity to a club
