If that was Sean Dyche, this thread would be about him losing the dressing room.

Love that. Sometimes people need a rocket, that is how it's done.

There were some very derogatory comments in here about Kompany when some of these video clips of him were published on this forum prior to him coming here and the vast majority here, was not impressed at all so it will be interesting seeing the difference now that he has had an okay start.

Didn't see anything wrong with that the first time round.

All good leaders have to have various leadership styles to call on. If you don't have a directive approach, then you will lost the ability to use your other leadership styles. If your default leadership style is directive, then it will only have an impact for so long.

Good to see that as well as his clear coaching style, strategic vision and humanistic approach, he has a directive capability as well.

I didn't like it the first time I seen it and it doesn't impress me now.
He doesn't look a good shouter.

It's got geography teacher shouting at kids for laughing, all over it.

But he has impressed me so far with the little he has done at Burnley.

The thing that I find weird about this video is that he is managing a team in his native country, yet speaking to them in English.

I think it's reasonably common in teams abroad, especially if there are quite a few different nationalities. English will often be the language the most people will speak.
