Does anyone know if the Pioneer Car Park in the town centre has reopened yet?

I’d pretty sure it hasn’t, the multi story probably is though

Unfortunately the multi storey car park closes at 7pm weekdays.

It's going to be the new cinema site with the one next to Hollywood star is turning into a Lidl supermarket

It looks finished - the parking spaces have all been marked out.
The new car park on the former Ambulance station next to Burnley Manchester Road station was finished months ago but still isn't open.

Yes it’s been finished for months but like the extra one at Manchester Rd railway station it just hasn’t opened !
