I bought it as on holiday. The bar we were in were struggling to find it. Just as I paid for it we the bar found it, although on a poor stream. The quality of the official one was very good and I was glad I could watch.

No problems at all.
I will do all available midweek games.
Worth it.

Was very good quality video. Well worth the tenner. Little cumbersome to work out how to pay/start it though.

Found the stream good quality no problem with the picture at all, not keen on the Clarets Player commentator or showing replays of incidents when the game had restarted but I'd buy again no problem.

Thought it was pretty good. Would use again as for available games. Whilst I'm resident in the UK I am some distance from Burnley.
(I did keep refreshing the Clarets+ page before the game though - hadn't noticed the "Live" Icon).

Had no issues at all, I expected to be about a minute behind live play as Clarets Player always has been, same when you watched a Burnley game on Amazon Prime in past couple of years.

Stream was perfect, I preferred the Phil Bird/Ross Wallace commentary compared to the other idiot they normally have on there.

For midweek games which I cannot get to which aren't on the red button on Sky will definitely be happy paying again to watch games.

The good news is that the game is streamed meaning that a Google search of soccer streams does the trick free of charge if you are happy to remove the ads now and again.

I was surprised last night’s wasn’t on the red button but I asked about it and it wasn’t a designated midweek game. This week’s fixtures are ones moved from a weekend because of the World Cup.

Opted in for the international season pass. I'm hoping on at least 25 games minimum not being shown on french TV so it works out at around €6-7ish per match. Happy to pay it, helps the club out and the stream was excellent quality, no buffering etc and I like Phil Bird. I don't have IPTV nor a French TV subscription and so being able to watch a game in peace, without arsing around with dodgy streams on my ancient internet connection was a welcome change.

My son and I watched it in the middle of the night on our hols in Thailand. Think it is an excellent new facility for those Clarets who can’t get to the game, for whatever reason. Great quality stream.

Should be supporting the club and paying the tenner... watching it free is not supporting your club in any way.
Having said that....you appear to be Scottish and we all know how tight they are.

There is an argument for season ticket holders who cant make it to midweek games to get the service discounted or for free as they have already paid haven't they...?

Me too. I am out in Malta and should be able to watch all games as the local TV companies are only interested in the EPL. Watched all 4 matches so far and the stream has always been very good. Excellent value for money as it comes down to €3 per game - not sure if cup games will be included which will make it even cheaper!

The one glitch I had was that the service "froze" for about 8 minutes in one game at the end (81st minute) but I managed to get it back on stream.

Where would you draw the line at that? There's a train strike on Saturday, should fans who can't get to the game get a free stream too?

If the club are providing a fee paying live video stream, you should pay for it whether season ticket holder or not.
You have a choice.

I paid and tried to watch in Florida. Unable to get feed even though logged in to live feed on Clarets plus. Super frustrating. Just kept repeating a Burnley FC promo video. Would happily pay the 140 pounds but not to watch nothing

I link my laptop to a TV set via an HDMI cable

Excellent stream which i downloaded on my Android phone and used Smartview on my phone to cast to my tv.Was surprised this worked as I thought the EFL had blocked this.

Worked well for me.

Could you not have used a VPN, chosen a country that isn’t showing the game, to watch the previous game?

I’m away in spain, can I log in and pay a tenner?

I can’t seem to see anywhere at the moment where it offers the match coverage. Does it come live nearer the kick off time?

The hull match, about 15 minutes before kickoff, a link appeared on the top row saying "LIVE" with a pulsing circle next to it. click that.

Maybe someone else can help you here but when I purchased the international season pass on Tuesday, all the prices quoted were in pounds. I still went through with the transaction on my French house internet, input my French bank card and French address and when the transaction was in process it said 0.00 will be debited from my account. Confusing to say the least. I still went through with the purchase and was eventually debited in the euro equivalent.

That could be why.

I think I read you need to be connected to a local wifi for it to pick up your new location.

Phone internet still uses your UK ip I believe.

Found where I read it on the club website under the FAQS

‘I receive an ‘unauthorised country’ message when trying to access the live video.

Games are available in line with the geo-restrictions above. If you receive this message, the game is not available in your country or territory.
If you’re outside the UK on holiday and trying to access the stream via mobile data (3G/4G/5G), your IP address is still registered as being in the UK despite roaming due to the way roaming mobile service works. Connecting to a local WiFi network should solve this.’
