I didn’t look the type to like football back in the late 80’s with my Mötley Crüe hair and snakeskin boots but I still went on….broaden your horizons,it may make you less judgmental
Bet you were public enemy # 1
Did you go on the Longside or the Wild side?

I say it every year, not a fan on the monochrome badges but apart from that, we have had a lot worse.

My 69th birthday this weekend and this old git doesn't give two hoots what anyone else thinks, this is going to be my shirt for this season.
Love it (and the other two btw).

Always find it mad that people think no Asian folk go on games - every season I see more and more which is great.

Love the shirt, but think the sponsor would have looked more striking in white, so not to blend into the flashes of pink

I think the sponsor in white would have been too striking against the black and taken away from overall the look of the shirt

Some very positive comments on the classic football shirts insta from non Burnley fans - one about the kit and moves we’re making at board level.
Sense perceptions of BFC are changing.

It's absolutely what Pace would have wanted, and I suspect a significant part of the decision behind potting Dyche. I said similar elsewhere on the board - this is a club undergoing a huge transformation and the one off the pitch is almost if not as important as the one on it. It all works in tandem. The appointment of Kompany, the signings, the playing style, the unleashing of the the media team, the kits, the ground. The tradition of the club is a brilliant, special thing and shouldn't be lost but what we're seeing is the most modern incarnation of the club in decades, if ever. And it was overdue.

I think I’ve cleaned this thread up now of the frankly appalling comment made earlier in the thread. Appreciate any and all that reported posts - keep doing that, makes things miles easier. These posts should have been removed sooner but hopefully all readable again now.

I can see the point of using non-players as "models", it's good marketing.
However, it makes judging the on-pitch appearance of the kit totally impossible.

Disappointed speed camera locations are not on the mapping.
Would have been extra useful to some of our fans who live out of tow

Oddly enough - that’s what I said on a work call earlier. I was asked who I support & said Burnley. Turns out the chap knew Alan from his Citi days, asked what I thought & pretty much relayed what you’ve said word for word.
