55/0 after the PP, Pakistan well poised to chase this down.

Pakistan cruise home by 7 wickets with 5 balls to spare, amazing that a week ago they were on the brink of exit, now they are in the final.

England win toss and field.

Salt for Malan and Jordan for Wood. Losing Wood is a huge blow and a big downgrade to Jordan

Woakes with an early wicket.

Glad Salt is in. Might just be the luck that wins the tournament for us.

Malan, Stokes and Brook seemed a bit much at 3,4 and 5. Brook especially has looked like it has been a bit too soon for him, hopefully a semi of final is where he makes his mark

Yep, if you want a batsman just nudging and nurdling then Root should never have been dropped.

Brilliant spell from Rashid 1-20 from his 4 overs, the concern for England is India also have useful spin options.

England doing well so far, but we could do with seeing the back of Kohli soon.

Aye, but he has taken two wickets, unlike Curran who has been good previously but has just been clobbered in this game.
I think that we will do well to win this game because India have been carrying a bit of luck all throught the Tournament and today has been no exception.

India slight favourites at halfway for me, 169 to win a semi final won't be easy against this attack, short boundaries do give England a chance if a couple of guys can get in.

INdia progressed from 62 for 2 after 10 overs to 168 for 6 ----over 10 runs per over in the second half of the innings.
We need to apply ourselves without being silly with shots as we were in the last match. 8.45 per over is not beyond us.

This is good stuff from England and I just hope that they keep up the good work. 84 for 0 off 8 overs, surely we should be capable of another 85 from 12 overs with 10 wickets in hand!

His experience of Australian conditions coming to the fore been a great knock from him, and it's not often Buttler is playing 2nd fiddle is it, but he's also playing well.

Must admit I thought we had let India off the hook towards the end of their innings and we would struggle to get the runs.

150 up with a 6, then a drop and a 4 next ball, India are going to pieces here.
