2001? The 3-2 win where Glen Little scored a beauty?

We were talking about that match on Saturday with my m8 who I travelled back with ... I had travelled down with the BFC Supporters Club on the coach, but was travelling back north by car to keep my m8 company who I met on the ground who had been working in Milton Keynes.

When I walked in he was chatting on the concourse with a Burnley fan, who had a peice of lucky lancashire cheese in his pocket that had been with him at BFC matches since the year dot... it looked like a bit of gravel but thankfully when he thrust it under my nose it didn't smell like an old bit of cheese 🤣

But we couldn't remember what year though 🤣 that chant we thought we first heard away at Sheff Weds

The game when Duff scored? Great atmosphere.

I like this one too.

He's Claret, Blue and Belgian. He's Vincent Kompany.
And he's taking Burnley back to the Premier League.
Na na na na na na na nananananana.

Think Little got two and Ian Moore got the other and all three were great goals. I remember it being a week after 9/11 and my Bday as I had spent the summer working in Bham so my mate came down and we went out on the Wednesday night

Fun memories of trips to Birmingham - the crazy 3-3 when we went in front 3 times before conceding in the 92nd minute.

Then the promotion season in 2016 where Andre Gray scored the winner down in front of us and Dyche pointed at his strong jaw.

The song was definitely sung at Forest by a huge following (about 5k)
We got beat 1-0 Chris Bart Williams?

I think that might be the one I was thinking of. Was it a night match ?
Had some fun over the years at Blues.
Remember the Brummie kid to our right giving it large, then trying to hurdle multiple rows of seats pursued by plod, only to trip up over the last one and get his collar felt.

And the one where Jensen came out of his area to head the ball (why not kick it, Brian?) Only to make a hash of it and let them score.
Maybe that was the same game ?

Hilarious.

The lad fell down a lot of stairs at a very fast pace.

He would have been very sore in the morning.

It was indeed. Got the train over from Nottingham that day and enjoyed a pub crawl down to the ground. There are a couple of decent places to drink in the centre from memory.

I remember a full away end at Preston singing that when we won 3-2 and Arthur Gnohere got a brace.

Alan Moore flick day for one of Gnohere’s goals. We were unbelievable that first half of the season with Glen and Moore on the wings

Definitely the 3-2 game where Glen Little scored twice.

Little was right at the top of his game around that time and the Clarets were a pleasure to watch!

A great game and a brilliant atmosphere in the away end.

One of my favourite away days. Great atmosphere, great goals and Trevor Francis founding up the Birmingham player to bollock them in the centre circle at the end.
