Was impressed that it was observed with respect by both sets off fans!

During times of conflict we fight side by side with our local rivals, our families lost many relatives in the Lancashire regiments.

I was pleased it was observed accordingly.

I think Rovers fans got a bit confused, and thought they had to stay silent for 2 hours rather than 2 minutes

Magnificent from what I heard on the television...a great result and respecft to all in attendance at the game and to all our fallen hero's...today I was really proud to be a Burnley fan...up the clarets !!!

Never in doubt , why on earth would the rememberance be interrupted? Immaculate as ever .

It was impressive, as was the 2 min silence observed in The Boot at 11 am.

Both Blackburn and Burnley fans did themselves proud today. Considering the occasion, the fervour as the teams walked out, to go from all of that to a completely dignified, respectful silence, was an awesome, moving spectacle.
