El Lanclasico podcast - derby day

After the game yesterday I drove to the studio to record an episode of the podcast I do with a Rovers fan. Our tagline is "half of you will hate half of it" and we try to get the balance right between being passionate about our clubs but resisting from too many insults to make it unlistenable. We've had good responses from Clarets and Rovers alike so far.

Hi Pickles,
Really enjoyed the podcasts so far and I'm finding them very funny.
All good natured banter and echoes a lot of what me and Rovers supporting mates give each other abuse about.

Fantastic podcast from the both of you, really enjoyed that and like you say you've got the right between of passionate debate about our two clubs without too many insults to make it unlistenable, brilliant and well done to you both.

There's some fabulous stuff on Ytube, one in particular from a Rovers fan who has plenty of footage taken on a Rovers coach to the Turf as their morons gave it large to any passing Burnley fan or female.
Strangely enough, no footage of the game or the journey home...

We were in the top fifty football podcasts on Apple today, currently at 55th - and there're a lot of football podcasts! So to be above the likes of Men In Blazers, some stuff from the Athletic, Graham Hunter, Fabrizio Romano... it's nice, and surprising to see, especially after only a few episodes and quite a niche audience!
