MIDDLESBOROUGH STREAM FAIL
Anyone who paid for the botched stream heard anything back from the club?
Re: MIDDLESBOROUGH STREAM FAIL
Yes, got this totally unrelated response ?? Needless to say I've gone back to say it was a 'service failure' not a problem with paying!!
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent Clarets+ payments.
All our monthly subscription packages whether they are UK or international are subscribed on an auto renewal subscription. This means that unless you cancel the package you will be charged each month for the service.
We have recently had an issue with our third-party payment system which meant we have had to delay the last periods payment whilst we fixed the issue. This has meant that over the last few days you will have seen two payments taken from your account, one for the previous month and then one for the next month.
Part of this fix also had an adverse effect on your ability to self-manage your account which has now been resolved.
If you would like to discuss your account further or you are still having issues, please raise a ticket by emailing; burnleytv@streamamg.com
If you would like to cancel your subscription to clarets+ simply follow the steps below
Go to: https://burnleyfootballclub.com
Log in to your account
Click on Clarets+
Click on the “My Account” button
Select “Subscriptions”
You can then choose the subscription you wish to cancel.
You can also view your full transactional history.
Kind regards.

Managed to speak to someone earlier.
They'll apparently make a Statement regarding the fiasco in the 'next day or so'.

Re: MIDDLESBOROUGH STREAM FAIL
I've sent an email to the club. Sent it to Russell Ball, Director of Customer Experience. rball@burnleyfc.com <rball@burnleyfc.com>
I have a season long international pass, it was nothing to do with paying on the day. Not the club's fault I suspect - it will be the streaming company, but the club is who the contract is with.

Re: MIDDLESBOROUGH STREAM FAIL
I just got a response from the club pointing to the statement linked above. Very swift in the response, and very well appreciated accordingly
