Anyone else having issues with clarets+ for a change? Links showing on the live page with no click through and no option available to order the game.

Have paid easy enough, like last time. No option to actually watch anything yet, like last time, let's see what happens

It’s now taken my payment, confirmed it then logged me out. Can someone at the club sort this club’s website out at any point, constantly awful.

Stream has now started for me showing ads at the moment.

I took a risk and paid my £10 for the Clarets+ live stream. The Burnley website is an absolute nightmare to navigate. Having paid, I had to log back in, and I clicked on the 'video' option on the link shown in the post above this one. But I had to refresh the page to get the link to work – it was not live until after 19:30. (Heart palpitations during the whole process.) Why isn't the site intuitive and OBVIOUS?

I managed to access the game but I can't remember how. All over the place website.

The match day coverage is a shambles and has been for years. It says you are logged in and then constantly asks you to log in again.

Its not the best site to navigate.
But at least this time l got to see the match.
Given the monies involved in footy these days, you'd think they could make it better/easier.

I got mine sorted for tonight with no issues. Lost comms a couple of times in the 2nd half and had to refresh after h-t but otherwise a really good picture and the unbiased commentary from Phil Bird

Clarets + a bit erratic and I had the same problems as some above...!

My payment was.taken twice.
Plus it took a about 15 minutes before I saw any football.
Time for the Chairman to get involved

Comms was lost for everyone a few times

Maybe the team behind our signing videos can be put to use to improve this?

Replay delay
Can anyone explain the huge delay in full match replays being posted for viewing.
I live in Western Australia which is 8hrs+ so prefer to watch the replays of night games the next morning.
Typically, there is a gap of 8-9hrs after the game ends to being able to watch it whereas the highlights can be up within 2-3 hours.

I watched Stokes coverage. No hassle and the commentry was excellent. They wheeled some old boy out for the last 20 minites who seemed a bit lost initially but once he got going he was like a Rolls Royce engine. Incidently they thought the ref was their best player in the first half.

We’ll explain this to me, how come my nephew in Los Angeles as the crow flies 5,283 miles to his house watching Clarets+ tells me near Boroughbridge 83 miles away watching on the red button 25 seconds before Cullen has scored . Should I sign up to Clarets +???
