JBG in the 10 role over Twine is pretty disappointing.

Looks good, would have thought maybe a couple more fringe players involved though

Surprised to see Dervisolgu in the squad tbh
Maybe he’s staying after all

Assuming they're fit enough thought today would have been perfect to give Twine and Churlinov some action.

Twine won't be match fit yet. He's not featured enough and needs more minutes from the bench.

Very strong line-up. There was never going to be the amount of changes some people were predicting thankfully.

Good news Tella is in squad. Also disappointing that Twine not starting as a nr 10.

Tella on the bench is quite encouraging. If Soton wanted him back you would have thought they wouldn't want any risk of him coming on and getting injured.

Is that 433 or 442?

Looks like our usual lineup. 4-2-3-1

It looks like 361 formation to me 😀

We change between the two during games, depends what the opposition are doing. Could either be JBG left, Zaroury a 2nd striker, or, I’d imagine JBG in the 10 role with Zaroury left.

Glad we've gone strong, today is a winnable tie, no Jay on the bench is perhaps a surprise though.

Just realised no Maatsen in the squad at all. Hope he’s ok.

Twine should be getting at least 20 minutes in a game like this

Assuming Bournemouth put out a reasonable side this will be a good test as to where we are in readiness for next season.

More so than the ManU game

Indeed today will tell us precisely how far we've come under Vinny, only 3 changes for Bournemouth so as promised they've also gone strong.

Feel sorry for anyone listening to the commentary on Clarets+ cos that knobhead Andy Hodgson is on. Hopefully on the stream we should get a neutral commentator.

Yes his omission is a pleasant surprise as in the air he'd have definitely carried a threat.

Looking at Whoscored it looks like 4 of there starting eleven today are regular starters in the prem. should be a game we can win

Certainly we shouldn't fear them and their form has been dreadful recently.

From what I can tell, the only 4 players to start more than 10
Are:

Zemura, Cook, smith and senesi

Concerned at the lack of Maatsen. Indicates that Chelsea don’t want him cup tied.

I'd be amazed if they recalled him. Having a rest I reckon.

I wouldn’t be that amazed. Cucurella seemingly can’t defend and Potter seems to be putting his faith in youth. Chukemwenka, Hall and a couple of others all came on against City the other night.
