I don't think the people in UTC represent Burnley or even the country in general, they represent those of us who like talking online (and I assume) realise there are different rules in real life, and different rules when you are chatting with mates/family etc (maybe rules is the wrong word btw)

We are living in a society where I think some people want to be offended & are desperately searching for reasons to be offended, the only way of ensuring you don't offend is to never speak don't say a word but even then somebody would take offence because you was too quiet & call you a oddball for never speaking.
