Responded to the latest reveal video. They will be poaching our admin

. I think it has hammered all the others with the number of views as it's over 6m.

Paramount responded within the first two hours of it be posted - with an effective thumbs up - why wouldn't they it had had around 4 m vies by then all positive - currently over 20m views on twitter - nearly 1 m on tiktok as well
There is absolutely no doubt that the social media admin at the club have performed wonders in the last 18 months and seem to be getting more and more adept at this announcement thing in particular - followers have grown on all channels
Twitter up by a third
TikTok 11x
Instagram around 5x
what does all this mean - a really positive story for potential commercial partners and possibly a significant increase in revenues from those sources to the club in coming years
GIADJ talked about all this for years and in the build up to the takeover - he was right then and (whether we like it or not) this is a significant way of reaching out to young people and at the very least changing perceptions of what our club is

Out of interest.
How much does 20m YouTube views make you?
Is this possibility paying the people responsible a wage?

Depends on the type of content - financial stuff pays more because pf the type of advertisements that YT will run on said videos
That being said, 1mill views roughly translates as $5,000 - so about $100,000 *
As said though earlier, the increased following across all socials will mean so much more opportunity for lucrative sponsorship deals
EDIT: As long as the video has't had a copyright claim against it

It's been amusing seeing people claim we'll be sued for those videos
This just proves we won't be

Thanks for the recognition
I got some real snarky responses on here for my views from some who couldn't grasp what I was saying, I was looking back at some of those comments the other day when I was trawling through my log about twitter follower numbers from 2yrs ago so I could compare to now.
One thing I've noticed for ages, and mentioned on here, is when something is going viral other official accounts for various businesses will notice and comment where possible if it's a positive thing.
This increases the exposure of the tweet and draws even more attention to it.
This admin team have way surpassed anything I hoped for though, they're genuinely brilliant and long may it continue

We must surely have had permission from Paramount to use the footage? Would explain the quick reply.
I remember GIADJ getting pelters on here for suggesting we could grow the commercial side of things in this way.

I don't think we need permission for a parody, especially one that's a positive one.

How old are you?
I'm 42 and I know what it means, but I do have two young adult sons and a 7 yr old daughter who keep throwing this sort of stuff at me, so I have to keep myself up to date
