This season is amazing, our team and management are brilliant,we’re definitely going up,probably as champions too and if we keep going like this could even break the points record… Liverpool are woeful this season. Klipperty seems to have lost his Midas touch, mid table mediocrity….what if Liverpool go for a change in the summer .. VK might fit the bill for a rebuild

What IF we went up. I wouldn't mind Sheff U & Boro joining us. With Southampton, Bournemouth & West Ham dropping to cut out the travelling......sorry Southern Clarets.

What if VK takes us up, then keeps us in the Premier League for a couple of seasons and then Guardiola doesn't extend his stay at Man City?
It's all part of a master plan by rich owners at City.
I don't do fiction!!

What if....We get promoted, win the FA cup, our squad continues to develop, we find ourselves qualifying for Europe, the academy gets cat 1 status, ok maybe I'm getting a bit carried away with the fa cup.

What if we go up, he stays for another 2 seasons and then renews his contract with us for another 3 seasons.

Then he’s never get the job he is almost destined to step into in the future at the Etihad of his development as a manager continues as it is doing .

We're giving him the much needed experience for City to then seamlessly take over from Pep.
We know it
City know it
VK unfortunately also knows it
I reckon 2 years with him in the prem and he will leave for City after gaining valuable experience. He'll be ready by then and we will be in a MUCH better position - let's enjoy him and his management team whilst they are here

There won't, but if I crash land in the jungle I could survive by eating my own shoes.

If we beat Ipswich on Tuesday, and Sheffield weds or Fleetwood in the next round, we would be 1 win away from Wembley (albeit a semi final)

VK seems destined for the City job
The best preparation for that is to continue to build on his amazing start with us and see what he can achieve at the next level
Opting for a mid-ranking top flight club (Villa or Leicester for arguments sake) who think they should be challenging for honours could easily undermine his long term plans if things don't work out

It's a huge step up going from Burnley to a club that's aiming to win the Prem and Champions league every year. I think City will want to see him in a "stepping stone" job first. But as it showed with Gerrard at Villa, things don't always go to plan.

I think VK, Arteta and Vierra are on the Radar to lead Man City.
Should Arteta win the League he will be at Arsenal forever. Vierra could well get the call from elsewhere but I do hope VK gets a chance to sample the Premier League with us for at least the period of his contract.

Please please please stop worrying yourself about an element of the future which you have absolutely no control over. Enjoy the here and now, it is beautiful. Breathe it in and watch us win the league. Times like these are once in a life time.

I keep thinking that we might look back in a few years and think how did we have this squad of players and this manager at our club all at the same time. But who knows.
All I know is that we should enjoy it whilst we can. Never in a million years would we have seen all this coming when Dyche was sacked. Who knows what the future holds.

What's the point of enjoying a weekend of sunshine when the forecast says it will be raining on Wednesday.
