Plasterer and Builder.

Might not be doing outside rendering yet until it warms up a bit.

This company did superb job on my mates house. Re your cavity tray, have you got one that has failed or are you putting one in that should have been installed ? Lots of people have a conservatory or extension built and the builder/installer omits the tray .

I live in a 1930s semi with a small built in extension at the back which has never had a cavity tray. With getting all the weather at the back I sometimes have problems with leakage. I've tried all the easy inexpensive fixes but still have problems when we get the wind and rain combination. I think I need to bite the bullet and spend some money on it.

I think you do ! Remedial cavity tray installation should sort it.
