Team news

No Benson yet, Cork bench, Obafemi bench, Muric back in, otherwise unchanged from Norwich.

Good to see Muric back, although BPF didn't do much wrong.
Delighted JBG has made it too.
Good bench as well.

Strong side even without Benson.

It would be nice to see Obafemi get some minutes.

Will be interesting to see if JBG plays wide again or whether he plays in the central role

Corky on bench is a surprise, but Cullen and Brownhill made a big impact when they came on against Ipswich. We absolutely know PNE are going to come and sit in so we need to find ways to break them down. UTC

JBG wide I would have thought

Tella looks so much more effective through the middle

Yeah, I'd be surprised if it isn't Tella through the middle.

He didn’t - did a decent job.

For all I’ve been critical of some of Muric’s ‘goalkeeping’ and despite BPF doing pretty well, we certainly benefit from Muric’s greater ability to play it quickly and confidently from the back.

I liked the look of JBG playing centrally.

When we play against 5 at the back (like today) he doesn’t play the 4-2-4 type shape that we did last week against Norwich’s back 4, when Tella was central. I reckon JBG will be in the advanced 8/10 on the left of the 3 midfielders today, with Tella attacking the inside right, at least initially.

True, but he puts some killer balls in cutting in from the right.

Could go either way or a bit of both, with him and Tella.

One thing for sure is that it’ll be pretty fluid.

Obafemi must be nearing full fitness to be on bench. Very attacking bench. Only Taylor as a pure defender !

We do that now with Taylor able to play in the middle or at left back.

He's not played in matches so will no doubt have 2-3 sub appearances anyway to build match fitness up.

Nathan again, and another goal from a corner, perfect start now they'll have to come out and that should allow us to exploit the space.
