Lemina might have said something really offensive to the ref, though its my experience that calling an Australian names gets you invited to his wedding rather than told off, but it's hard to imagine Fernandes at Man Utd or Jorginho or Ronaldo or any other chronic cry baby getting sent off for reacting like this.
The ref is *probably* right, but there should be a lot more red cards for a lot more players if this is anything to go by.
Whilst we're on the subject - Craig Hignett for Coventry is the last player I remember being sent off against us for speaking out of turn. (Was that the 4-0 Gifton penalty game?) Has there been one since?

A Coventry player was sent off for dissent in the Gifton penalty game but it wasn't Craig Hignett.
Hignett was sent off in 2002/3 season & remains the only player I've seen sent off for making a five knuckle shuffle gesture at a linesman.
