You can't even write racial abuse in excrement on someone's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat.

I agree the Southampton board are being very crabby about Grimsby fans and poor Harry the Haddock

Was wondering if Fleetwood town had a cod mascot of which an inflatable version may appear at Turf Moor. But apparently its a fox, Fleet the fox.

Southampton asked Grimsby to roe back on taking haddocks into the away end because they didn't want them to fillet with fish

To be fair Hampshire Police warned about concealed weapons and some of those haddock’s look like pikes. Good to see Southampton fighting inflation too. Well done Saints.

Hopefully on the pitch Grimsby will out mussel saints and winkle out a win. I wonder if their players wear cod pieces instead of jock straps?

They should quickly find something else………..instead of Harry Haddock, Connie the Cod……
I’d love them all to argue the toss at the turn styles that it’s Connie not Harry!!!!!!!!!
The other thing is……..don’t they blow ‘em up once they’re in the ground? Didn’t we have dolphins flying around years ago for some strange reason?
Surely this by Saints is a joke!?

I think your information must be out of date. I’ve been on Fleetwood games a couple of times this season and can assure you their mascot equivalent of Bertie Bee is a blue fish in a Fleetwood kit called Captain Cod !!
