We're in Barcelona at the moment and managed to get a ticket for the Man Utd game the other night, video below.
Anyone been to Camp Nou and got any memories?
It was a great experience.

Yes! Went there for a family holiday for a week and we all went for the tour in the day before me and the boy watched a game that evening against Sevilla which was 1st vs 3rd at the time. The weekend before Barca had overturned a big deficit to PSG in the champions league. Barca won 3-0 the night we went thanks to a Suarez overhead and 2 Messi goals. Iniesta was immense as was Neymar to name but a few.

Paid about €90 for a ticket in the gods just to watch Messi play… He got injured and subbed off after 10 mins, but he’d already scored and assisted by then! Barca won 4-2; it was great!

Did Barcelona v Real Madrid in the 07/08 season (Riikaards last season). Real Madrid won 0-1 thanks to a goal from Julio Baptista. Barcelona we’re out of form, Ronaldinho waining and there was more atmosphere the Tuesday after when we beat Sheffield weds at home! Great experience though.

Watched Barca v Espanyol a couple of years back. It was a night match and I'd had one too many beers in the afternoon. I was literally seeing Messi in triplicate - although I was in the Gods too, so it could have been my eyesight..

I was going to respond with “This is Burnley, not Barcelona!” But other than the name and the weather, you wouldn’t be able to tell

We saw them the same weekend we beat PNE 3-2 in that Friday night game that went back and forth (watched thatbin a bar off Las ramblas) but we got tickets for the weekend game on spec - it was a low grade league game against deportivo I think but we had decent seats. Barca won 3-0 and Ronaldinho scored. Xavi was the best midfielder I'd ever watched - he completely ran the show

Not been to watch a match there but did do the ground tour during a short break in Barcelona with Mrs VC about 3 or 4 years ago.
Really enjoyed it as did my non football liking Mrs!

Just came across this picture online. Don't know the circumstances surrounding this game but must have been an adventure in 1949.

Have done the Barca and RM tours and they are incomparable.
Nou Camp is a concrete monstrosity, to walk around in, although once you get pitchside it is undoubtedly impressive and that was before the projected extension went on.
RM is like a palace with far more history of the stadium and the club.

We were invited to the opening of the Nou Camp in 1949. I think it may have been a tournament, and we were the English representatives

The redeveloped Nou Camp Nou, is going to look very impressive due to be completed in 2025/26 season and be the largest stadium in Europe with a capacity of 105,000!!! Surely tickets will get to 4000 points when we play them in the Champions League.

I went in 2006 I think it was, Deportivo La Coruna the opponents. Barca won. Following day we went back to the ground and bumped into 3 or 4 Burnley fans outside the stadium.

Did not see a game (off season) but got taken on the museum stadium bit.
Have to say it was great - far better than expected.
The pitch view in an empty stadium brought shivers...
After leaving we were walking past some food places when I heard "Burnley" - and a guy from a takeaway called us over.
I was wearing an old grey faded Longside 1882 t-shirt - turns out his Uncle and family lived in Haslingdon and adopted BFC
This was in 2004
