BFC App
I’ve downloaded the BFC App, I’m not a season card holder but I was under the impression that I could load my purchased tickets onto the My Tickets section of the app, I can’t seem to get these to appear, only one games tickets from last season is showing.
Any help or advice would be appreciated thx.

Don't your tickets you order come as a QR code in an email
If I order tickets (cup games) they get uploaded to my season card (but others get them via email .. so use QR code off their smart phones and print them for a hard copy)

Re: BFC App
I think you have to sign up separately to the ticket wallet.
I've not done it myself though.

Re: BFC App
I’ve had no luck with the ticket wallet part of the app.
It asks for my email address linked to my account
and then says no account found to the email address.
When it asks for an email address to send a verification
code to it comes up with a random ghost email

Re: BFC App
Thanks for the replies guys, yes I do get an email with QR codes which is fine, it would be nice to have them on the app as it says you can. I also have the same issues as Athlectico has, never mind must be just a useless app thing, anyroads UTC.

Re: BFC App
I don't think the ticket wallet works.
Most clubs seem to allow fans to drop tickets into the standard wallet apps on phones.

Re: BFC App
I've just created a separate folder in emails for all Burnley FC stuff.
Then just screenshot any tickets so there's no problems with internet signal at the turnstiles.

Re: BFC App
I’m always a bit worried about losing my season ticket card……….took a photo of the bar code, wondered how many don’t carry the card but just use a photo of the card on match day?
