How does this actually work, do we need to win the title the game before this one? Surely you can't just wait for this game to ask for it, if we'd won it 4 games before?

I was told about this yesterday at Blackpool.
First time I ever saw this was in 1961 when we gave Spurs a guard of honour after they'd won the title that we'd won a year earlier.

Well nobody else is getting ahead of us this season, that's for sure.
I doubt we've asked for a guard of honour, it's always been something the other clubs decides to do if they want to hasn't it.
I'd rather they didn't do stuff like that until the last game anyway, makes things more like a friendly.

I really don't know why we bother with Blackburn,they are no longer our biggest rivals,Blackpool and Preston are bigger rivals by far.

Drug taking all over the show, one man dead, people being carried to their seats because they was too drunk to walk and that was a 3pm kick off, fighting between themselves, could you imagine an 8pm kick off we these idiots drinking and taking drugs all day.

Well I certainly didn't see any drug taking but even if there was, I'm fairly sure that the habit isn't confined to just our fans. We are splitting hairs but thats the consequence of a reckless punch. Is a punch that doesn’t cause someone to fall and hit their head described as a fortunate punch?
