A well put together interview with Vincent in the lead role ofc but relatively few questions and he seems to speak a lot from his heart.
We have been very lucky (and still are) to have the services of this guy. He comes over so simply and unassuming.

Vinny always comes over quite mellowed in all interviews.
Everything well within his stride.

Just never cross him.

He is certainly the Boss.

Been very fortunate with the last 2 appointments. Not many clubs can say that a manager appointment has worked so successfully, let alone back to back.

We are blessed to have this guy at our club.
Born leader without a doubt and unbelievable career with City and Belgium
….but unlike other leaders on the pitch like Terry and Adams - VK has the intelligence.
When you add to that he has learned from one of the best managers in the history of game you begin to realise how fortunate we are to have him at Burnley.

The other area that is so impressive is the respect and command he has from all the players - and it seems reciprocal how he treats them all.

I’m sure he will make mistakes and he has flaws……but right now it’s difficult to think of any !!!
