I like this one “ if they avoid defeat in their final four league matches at Turf Moor, Kompany's men will become the first Championship team to complete the season unbeaten at home.”

Just 2 League defeats all season after 37 games. Best was 2 defeats in a season of 30 games in 1897/98, div 2, promoted after test matches.

Its crazy that in March its not an article about if we can get promoted but an article on what records we can break and its pretty much all of them. What a season.

Fulham 21/22 are mentioned in the main image of the article as presumably an example of the best Championship teams ever along with us and Reading, but they "only" got 90 points. 3 less than us both times we got promoted, once in second place to a Leicester team that got 102 points.

Going back just a little further to 2000/01, Fulham won the division with 101points, a +58 GD, but lost 5 matches. They had a great side. It's a shame the article only talks about the current brand name.

Given that we could be promoted with a win on Good Friday, I wonder how many other teams have risen before Jesus?

The only stat I like is that we have nine games remaining and need to win just three of them to get promotion. I can't see us winning the next three as two of them are amongst the three toughest games we face but I can see us winning three before the end of the season.
