Great initiative Kingsleyclaret - well done.

Unfortunately hunger and poverty are international. Here in Malta I do my bit in a different way: I am on a team that organises treasure hunts for a leading local newspaper. For the past 5 Hunts we have asked for foodstuffs as treasures to be collected, giving crews cryptic clues on what to collect. At the end of each hunt these "treasures" are handed over to one of the local food banks. This initiative has been welcomed so well by participants that they regularly get over and above what we ask for! And for the Foodbank people they are veritable treasures!

Keep up the good work everyone - I am aware of how Tony and the supporters groups work tirelessly in this area. God bless you all (and KC of course!)

The plan is for Glory to take it on as they move back to their permanent home. The CEO at Perth Glory and the president of the Macedonian Football Club (Flory’s temporary landlord) couldn’t have been more supportive.

A heartwarming story and congratulations to all.the people involved in the scheme. Always have a bag of 'goodies' ready to drop in a bin before each home game but I also pray for the day when my contribution and those of others over the seasons is no longer needed nor necessary.
