We were sat on the front row, block 44. When the final whistle went we were suddenly joined by what seemed like the entire population of Burnley.

Great report as always! Love the comment about the two guys on ‘holiday’ in the northeast telling the Mrs’ they had no idea that there was a game on!?

It was never going to be easy, but by now we should know this side find a way to win.

Still lots to play for not least the small matter of another Championship crown.

Fitting that Barnes netted his 50th on a memorable night to be a Claret.

Promotion has been a question of when not if for many weeks now, but it's great to finally have it confirmed officially.

Sorry to hear about the passing of your friend CT, he sounds like he was a dedicated Claret.

I think all promotions are all different but all special. 1972/73 was my first and this one is my ninth I think. But to do it so comfortably and so early is unbelievably special.

I think virtually everyone on here, including me, told everyone the same as you weeks ago.
