Just poked around in the larder and found a jar of very out of date Beldi preserved lemons in brine 350 g net weight.
Drainage will commence at 1830 tomorrow with the result at 1900.

Should have added:
5 points for the number of lemons and 5 points for the number of ml of brine,

Steve1956. I wouldn't dare put them in my wife's G&T - 14 months out of date and in brine - not sure how they would enhance the gin. I would never be forgiven.
I think they were originally bought for a Moroccan lamb dish.

The count is now closed and drainage is underway. Result at 1900.

The wait is over.
There were 11 very small lemons crammed into the jar and 140ml of brine.
Congratulations to Longsider and addisclaret who were both closest with 9 and a roll of drums for africlaret, spot on with 140ml. 5points each.
Many thanks to everyone who took part, hopefully an updated table will appear by tomorrow.
