Random question: first BFC manager to be younger than you?

by Fretters
Amongst the hysteria of the past few weeks, I was shocked to discover that Vinny is the first Burnley manager to be younger than me, by two years. Even when we appointed the man-child Eddie Howe, he still had about 7 years on me, so this is a sobering time. It took me a while to get used to the players being younger than me!
Without directly asking your age, who's the first Burnley manager that you were older than?

Not had one yet, only being 30, or have we ever had a manager younger than 30? I don't believe so.

Steve Cotterill for me, by a couple of months.
Completely irrelevant, but I was driving down to London to see the Sex Pistols the day before my 43rd birthday in 2007 when I received a flurry of text messages all saying that he'd been sacked.

I’m at the stage where most of the players are younger than me and it feels weird. Our senior player Jack Cork is a similar age to me. VK ain’t much older than me either so it isn’t out of the question that I reach that milestone soon

Martin Buchan in June'85, aged just 36 years.....A career that lasted just 110 days as Buchan failed to make the transition from dressing room to manager's office.

My memory may be playing tricks, but wasn't Eric generally on the bench around the same time Stan was?
Didn't see either of them play too regularly.

Stan was here when Probert first got into the team. Probert was only 16 when he made his debut.
