RIP to an Aussie Clatet

My closest friend and Australian Claret fan Shaun passed away yesterday aged 51 from covid complications.
I converted him to the claret cause over 25 years ago and he was an avid fan who would often stay up into the small hours to watch the games live. He was incredibly excited about the style of football and promotion this season.
RIP my brother. I will always think of you when watching us and will raise a glass when we are crowned champions.

Sorry to hear about your mate, so sad to hearing of a fellow clarets passing, especially so young. Where in Oz are you?

RIP for a fellow Claret.
On a side note, you're not based in Adelaide are you? I was recently there for a conference and walking through suburbia and someone shouted out of car "up the clarets!"

I no longer live in Australia. When I did it was mainly in either country Victoria or Canberra. Shaun lived in Canberra.
