Done, 3 are certs, the last place between 2 maybe 3 teams, not Blackburn though.

This is a better guide to make predictions from.

Nobbers the team in form. Sunderland and Coventry doing ok too.

Millwall aren't certainties either based on current form.

Blackburn will almost certainly make it. It’s hopeful to think they won’t.

They’re not a patch on borough or Luton. But the play offs are a genuine lottery and what matters most is how you come into them.

Luton have been great all season. But it’s a different pressure when it’s down to three cup games and they’ve come on top of the pile.

If I had to bet on who wins the play offs it’s borough. But it could easily be anyone. As happened both times we did it.

I wouldn't discount Sunderland. They can beat almost anyone on their day, even without their star forward.

Don't think they're a cert given their run in.
Should do a poll on relegation from the Premier too.
Just seen Eveeton on Motd and Mcneil is their joint top scorer on 4!

Unfortunately I think Rovers will make the playoffs.
Which is why I want Boro in there.

Hopefully, they'll tear em a new one.

Surprised not many fancy West Brom. They are no mugs and if win game in hand they will be 6th. For me it’s Luton, Boro, West Brom, Coventry.

I think Blackburn will make it, sadly. Their poor run is due to end. Just hope they don't take advantage of our injuries/rotation.

Sheff Utd will be 2nd they've steadied the ship in recent weeks.

Boro and Luton are certs, Millwall had a big win over Nobbers yesterday to give them some breathing space, got a feeling for Coventry they have rediscovered their form at the right time and in Gyokeres t hey have a proven goal scorer.

I certainly wouldn't be confident if i had the misfortune to be a Rovers fan, have you seen their testing run-in all tough tests, and they are now 4 without a win, 2 points from a possible 12 in games they would have hoped to have picked up more points than that.

Anyone down to Swansea in 13th still harbour PO ambitions, which goes to demonstrate how open this league really is.

Blackburn have the toughest run-in of all the contenders, I’ve got a sneaky feeling West Brom will take the last play off spot.

Rovers have:
Coventry (h)
Preston. (a)
Burnley. (h)
Luton. (h)
Millwall. (a)

That’s a tough run by anyone’s standards…….

Yes they do.
However, isn't there a chance Luton will have taken their foot off the gas, having secured their playoff place?

Might be the same with Millwall, but thats a lot closer.
Anyway lets just hope they all keep doing their best.

Don't forget Luton might still be in a chance of 2nd spot by the time they play Blackburn.

And anyone thinking VK will rotate the squad for the Rovers game is pure barmy. He'll play the best 11 at his disposal.

Possible Luton will have confirmed their play-off place by then, however they might still be fighting Boro for 3rd and the advantages that may bring.

Millwall's next 3 are Birmingham (H), Wigan (a), Blackpool (a), now on paper that looks favourable, but Blackpool could still be fighting for survival.

Always helpful if you enter the play-off's on a roll, look at Forest last season for example.

My Rovers son-in-law said today he doesn’t think they’ll make it. We were going through their games and he admitted it was a sh!t run in. I thought they might make it because they have games in hand and have been there all season but when you look at those games it’s a tough call. I have put them as one of my four but it’s a big ask.

I think Preston will sneak in. I don't think they the quality to go all the way though.

I do hope Luton go up. I'd like to see Kenilworth Road as a Premier League ground

Rovers game in hand is against us so no points there.

As others have said

Luton,
Boro
Cov
WBA

Need Cov to get a result at Ewood and I reckon they get in.

Quite often in the play offs it is a team with end of season momentum that carry that through and are promoted. For me:

Luton
Boro
Coventry
PNE

PNE and Cov to win their semi finals and PNE to win the play off final. Wonder what the odds are on that lot happeining......

Rovers fans booing and jeering their team in the second half v Hull. Boro and Luton in play-offs but the other two places are extremely difficult to guess. They've all dropped points in recent games so I'll go for the two teams with decent strikers and choose Coventry and Millwall.

Millwall & Sunderland both spilled home points last night, West Brom the big movers after their 2-0 win at Blackpool.

Big chance for the likes of Norwich, PNE & Watford to close the gap this evening, and needless to state the Rovers-Coventry game is huge.

Presently Rovers are sat just outside the play-off's in 7th, let's hope they are still outside the top 6 come 10 tonight.

You have to assume that Luton and Middlesbrough are there

But you couldn't call the next two places

If Rovers do it with the run it they have, then fair play to them

Tonight could take a massive swing either way for Rovers and PNE, fingers crossed Rovers lose and PNE win. That really would pile the pressure on Rovers before the weekend away at PNE.
Two defeats in a row now and we could pretty much confirm they miss the play offs next Tuesday.
They still have tickets available for PNE away which is shocking and have hardly sold any to play us

Plenty of drama next Monday, I fancy. Potentially five teams battling it out for the last two spots (realistically only two if Luton beat the Bastards this Monday).

In Luton and Middlesbrough, there are two teams in the play offs better than bstrds. None the less, I don't know any Clarets who want them anywhere near a play off place at all.
