Mrs upanatem has booked a short holiday to Maspalomas. We will be there on the day of THE match on Tuesday evening (25 April).

This is my first visit to Gran Canaria. Anyone familiar with 'football' pubs in Maspalomas where I could watch the match?

I’ve been to Maspalomas but not the drinking area…. The Yumbo centre will likely have plenty of bars that show football, I’d have thought, as long as it’s not Mardi Gras (not sure when that is).

I’m sure there will be others around the area of the Yumbo centre if you have a scout around - most bars advertise the matches being shown and some will put a game on for you if you ask.

Failing that and a bit of a taxi ride away (20km) there will definitely be bars with it on in Puerto Rico (main bars are above the shopping centre, near to McDonalds in the centre).
