I'm sure they will exchange it for you Tony, it looks a good book and one you want to keep and keep in perfect condition. Therefore it needs to be in perfect condition when you first receive it. Hope you can get a replacement.

Mine has arrived,but as Tony said,the cardboard envelope was open at one end,but thankfully the book is fine,I thought has it been opened,to see what was inside?But the book itself is superb,well pleased,UTC.

Mine arrived while I was away in Huelva and like CT, the packaging was bashed and the corner of the book suffered some damage but great photos in the book all the same.
You would have thought that the company supplying the books would have ensured better packaging, however worse things happen at sea as they say.
