From South Africa, he clearly couldn't be bothered with Vegas !

Very impressive. Is it just me or does he look younger than 22…..(ahem)?

That's a long way to go for a Nandos.

Good to see he's kept a promise to appear on the show

Comes across well, appears humble etc.

So Kompany has himself told Foster that he would need a full preseason and not to be too hard on himself.

Enjoyed that interview it's a good listen

he looked seriously young and that helps put his 'slow'* start into perspective.

*I personally think he's done ok and as expected

Nice kid...clearly highly regarded with bags of talent.

Just saddened at times by the number of short-sighted gimps on here that simply can't wait to write him off.

Was over in Belgium a couple of weeks ago for their cup final Mechelen v Antwerp. I've been to a couple of Mechelen games, made even better with the Defour link.

Belgium fans following English football avidly and particularly Burnley now Kompany is here. They know all the players we have who have played in the Belgium league. When i say Lyle Foster hasn't really shown us much yet they are surprised. They tell me in the Belgium league at Westerlo he was superb, one of the best strikers in the league.

Hopefully as said a full pre-season in a league maybe more suited to his playing style he will shine.

Every level of football is different. He might be more suited to the PL than the Championship.
We’ll find out in August.
