Yorkshire CCC - worst in the country?

Looks like Yorkshire might go bottom of the 2nd division later tonight.... confirming them as the worst cricket club in the country.

No doubt they'll still be chirping about Lyth, Bess, et al, and how they provide the back bone to England.

Bess, big money signing, part of the cockney army they recruited.... last 2 games

vs Glamorgan 0 & 0, 0/0(DNB) & 0/76
vs Durham 13 & 0, 0/0(DNB) & 0/27

That is a lot of zero's

Lyth with a lovely pair, following his score in the last game, where they clung on for dear life.....

Maybe minor counties is more suited to them from here on in.

PS - All you Cockney Army fans, don't come on and talk about the history, and the past..... you sound like Blackburn fans,

Can’t argue with that, a mess on and off the field.

Lancashires wicket keeper bowled 10 overs in the 2nd innings today…. Looked no less threatening to the Traffic cone that is Dom Bess

I think we are a bad team...not convinced by the Australian bowler Micky Edwards and Dom Bess is not my idea of money well spent...Lyth is a bit long in the tooth. Coad and Fisher always injured ...

Like the look of George Hill and give it 3 or 4 years and there will be lots of young ones coming through....so things will get better...always does for the white rose ....

Never bother with what Lancashire do ...it is a bit like Leeds and Manchester United in reverse ..a bit of a forced rivalry from the smaller club ...

I’m still amazed he was given the role . He’s maybe a cheeky chappy with a bit of life about him, but he’s of pretty low intelligence . They’ve been bending over backwards for the Saudis and it’s utterly desperate stuff .Though with their debts they’ve little option but to sell to the Arabs IMO.

They deserve as a club everything that comes their way.

Rotten club to the core, the fact that one of the ring leaders still hasn't paid his fine for being a racist is poor.

All them glory hunters have gone quiet.... I'm sure they'll pipe up if one of their Cockney Imports does well at the World Cup, or if Bradford City start losing again....

Aye, I believe he turned down a Salford ticket, instead opting to take in the Middlesbrough game at Valley Parade. Hughes out!
